Why do people who’ve experienced birth complain about IUD insertion pain?

This isn’t a hill to die on, I’m just genuinely curious. I keep seeing mothers, sometime with multiple kids, whining about the pain of IUD insertion and it baffles me to no end! Like you’ve already experienced childbirth and having your cervix/vagina be shredded like a pair of venetian blinds with an angry cat stuck in them…. and you’re worried about a device that requires mere millimeters of cervical dilation?? Very odd to me.

Like I have one, insertion was difficult, I have an incredibly small cervix and a reverted uterus so they really had to force that bitch in there! Did it hurt? I would say it was more uncomfortable than anything, I’ve had worse period cramps. I could’ve gone to work like an hour afterwards. So yeah, no hate, but I just genuinely don’t get it lol
